What does “1:1” actually mean?

It means we match the details rather than approximate them: the shape and colour of the shoe, the stitching, the accessories and the finish of the materials. Every pair is checked against the reference we work from.

Will I see my pair before it ships?

Yes. Pre-shipment QC photos are part of every order. You review the actual pair, and we only dispatch once you are happy with what you see.

How do I choose the right size?

Send us the size you normally wear in the same style of shoe and we will confirm the best fit before your order is packed. If you are between sizes, tell us — it is easier to advise before shipping than after.

How do I order a pair?
