These Terms of Service govern your use of onetoone-sneakers.com and any order arranged with OneToOne Sneakers through the site or our messaging channels.

This website is operated by OneToOne Sneakers, an independent footwear studio based in Guangzhou, China. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to OneToOne Sneakers. By browsing the site, contacting us or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are, and who we are not

We are an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any fashion house, sportswear company or brand. Product names and descriptions on this site are descriptive of style and are used for identification only. No third-party trademarks are claimed.

3. Products and availability

Our catalogue focuses on 1:1 quality sneakers and footwear. We describe materials, construction and sizing as accurately as possible, but colours can vary between screens and batches. Availability is confirmed in conversation before an order is agreed; styles or sizes may be unavailable or discontinued without notice.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are arranged directly with our team through WhatsApp, WeChat, QQ, phone or the contact form. This website does not process online payments and does not collect card details. After you confirm a style, size, price and shipping option, we share the agreed payment method; the order is confirmed when payment is received and acknowledged. We may decline or cancel an order where availability, information or fraud checks require it.

5. Pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and cover the goods and the shipping service described in the quote. Import duties, taxes or local fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless we explicitly include them. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

6. Shipping and risk

We hand parcels to tracked carriers and share tracking details. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Customs, carrier delays and events outside our control may affect timing. See Shipping & Delivery.

7. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout, logo, photography and design of this site belong to OneToOne Sneakers and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Third-party names that may appear in descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, scrape the site at scale, or use our contact channels for unlawful purposes. Automated access must respect our robots.txt and must not place unreasonable load on the service.

10. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep product and policy information accurate and current, but the site may contain typographical errors or outdated details. We may correct or update content at any time. Policy pages show their last update date.

11. Disclaimer

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Guangzhou.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its update date, applies to your use of the site.
