We are a small team in Guangzhou that buys, checks and ships sneakers. No warehouse marketplace, no call centre, no logo on the box.
How we started
OneToOne Sneakers opened in 2015. The first orders went out from a workroom in Baiyun District, packed by the same people who checked them. That has not changed much. We still keep the range small enough to know each style, and we still photograph every pair before it ships.
We started because buying reps was frustrating. The listing looked right, the pair arrived and something was off: a panel cut too wide, a stitch line wandering at the toe, glue still smelling of solvent. We thought we could do better by slowing down and checking the details one by one.
What we check
Every style goes through the same list before it is offered, and again before it is packed:
- Shape and last. Toe box height, collar shape, heel curve and how the upper sits on the sole.
- Leather and grain. How the upper feels, how the grain catches light, whether panels match in tone.
- Stitching. Stitch count, line quality, where seams start and stop.
- Glue and cure. Clean edges and a neutral smell, not solvent.
- Hardware and laces. Eyelets, aglets, spare laces, the small parts you touch first.
- Box and packing. What the pair arrives in, and whether it survives the trip.
Materials
Most of our uppers are full-grain or suede leather, with mesh and ripstop on the runners. Linings are leather or a breathable textile, and the insoles are cushioned rather than glued-in cardboard. Soles are stitched rubber or moulded rubber, depending on the style. If you want to know what a specific pair uses, ask. We will send a close-up of the panel and the lining.
What we are not
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any fashion house or sportswear brand, and we keep brand names off the site. Product names describe the style, not a label. We also do not take card payments on the website. You confirm the pair, the price and the shipping by message, and we send QC photos before anything leaves the studio.
Seven categories
We keep the catalogue focused on shoes: basketball, running, casual, football, lifestyle, kids and sandals and slides. No clothing, no bags, no accessories. If a style is not listed, message us. We may be able to source it or suggest something close.
Talk to us
Questions about a size, a material or a parcel? Message us on WhatsApp, WeChat or QQ, or use the contact form. A person in the studio replies in English, usually within one business day.
