A wrong size is the most common reason a pair goes back. It is also the easiest problem to avoid. Measure your foot, compare it with the insole, and ask before you pay.
Measure your foot, not your old shoe
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Do this at the end of the day, when your foot is at its widest. Measure both feet, because most people are slightly different, and use the longer one.
Add about 8 to 10 mm of space for toe room. A sneaker should feel snug at the midfoot and heel, with room to move your toes. If your toe touches the end, the pair is too short, even if the size label matches what you usually wear.
Compare the insole
Ask us for the insole length in your size. Lay your foot measurement next to it. If the insole is 5 mm shorter than your foot plus toe room, size up. This is more reliable than converting between EU, UK and US sizes, because those conversions are not consistent between styles.
Between sizes? Go with the shape
If you are between sizes, the last matters. A narrow casual shoe with a pointed toe usually wants the larger size. A runner with a roomy toe box can stay at your normal size. Tell us the shoe you wear most and how it fits, and we will recommend the safer option.
Wide feet need extra thought. Some styles run narrow at the midfoot, and sizing up will not fix width. Ask us to measure across the widest part of the insole before you commit.
Kids move fast
For kids, measure both feet every time. Leave 10 to 12 mm at the toe and check the width across the ball of the foot. A pair that is too long will slip at the heel; a pair that is too narrow will rub. Our kids styles run 28 to 35, and we can measure the insole on request.
What we do before packing
When you order, tell us the size you wear in the same type of shoe. We check the insole measurement, confirm the fit and send QC photos before dispatch. If the pair looks short or narrow for your foot, we will say so rather than ship it and hope.
If it still goes wrong
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the size is available, we can arrange an exchange once the original pair is checked. If it is not, we will suggest another style or another solution. See Returns & Exchanges for the full process.
Not sure what to order? Send us your measurements and the style you are considering. We will reply with a size recommendation before you pay.

Size Right details
Measure your foot, compare the insole and ask before you pay. We keep the information practical: materials, fit, QC and delivery, written by the people who pack the pairs. Size Right is checked against the reference before it is offered, and again before it ships.
Fit, care and delivery
Measure your foot at the end of the day, compare it with the insole and tell us the size you wear in the same type of shoe. Leather should be wiped with a soft damp cloth and air-dried away from heat. Suede should be brushed dry. Approved orders leave Guangzhou with tracking, and we share the number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
