What does 1:1 mean here?
Same shape, same panel layout, same stitch count where it shows. We compare the pair in hand with the reference, not a catalog photo, and we reject a style if the toe box, collar or heel is off.
Do I see my pair before it ships?
Yes. We send daylight photos of your actual pair, including close-ups of the stitching, sole and hardware. You approve them before we pack. If something is wrong, we fix it or you cancel.
How do I pick a size?
Tell us the size you wear in the same type of shoe. We measure the insole and confirm before packing. If you are between sizes, say so and we will recommend the safer option. Kids sizing runs 28 to 35.
How do I place an order?
Tap WhatsApp on any product, or message us on WeChat or QQ. Send the style, your size and your country. We reply with availability, the price in USD, shipping options and the next step. No card details are taken on this site.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Guangzhou with tracked services. Some destinations have slower routes or import restrictions. Send your city and postal code and we will confirm the best option before you commit.
How long does delivery take?
We process most orders in 2 to 3 business days after QC approval. Standard tracked shipping takes an estimated 7 to 21 business days. Express tracked shipping takes an estimated 6 to 8 business days. Customs can add time.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Import duties, VAT and local fees are set by your country and paid by the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and can tell you the typical threshold for your destination. See Shipping & Delivery.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. If the pair does not match the QC photos you approved, or arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or another solution. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I see more photos or a video?
Yes. Ask for the style you are considering and we will send extra angles, close-ups of the leather and stitching, and a short video where we have one.

Fit, care and delivery
Measure your foot at the end of the day, compare it with the insole and tell us the size you wear in the same type of shoe. Leather should be wiped with a soft damp cloth and air-dried away from heat. Suede should be brushed dry. Approved orders leave Guangzhou with tracking, and we share the number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
